The apartment it's a housing student complex so it includes everytrhing... from utilities to the room fully furnished (you'll only need to buy the bedding and pillows)

I'm 24 years old and i come from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I'm a master students so i'm always busy with colleget stuff, however i'm very outgoing and i love spending time outside.
