Large bright recently renovated two bedroom/one bathroom condo in Alexandria VA. I am renting my second bedroom to a male or female between the ages of 25-40. Must have a full time job, proof of income and I will require a background check. This will be for a one year lease. Can discuss staying longer after that. $900 includes pool, bike storage room, washer and dryer IN UNIT, balcony, water, trash, basic cable, party room, 24/7 front desk security, parking spot and plenty of storage space. Roommate will be required to split electric and internet with me monthly. The bedroom being rented is very spacious and has brand new beige fluffy carpet. The rest of the condo is wood flooring. Bedroom is not furnished but willing to discuss supplying a bed frame. I am a 35 year old young woman and have a small 12 pound very sweet and friendly dog. Must be dog friendly or do not reply to this ad please. You would have a decent sized closet in your room. The condo board allows up to one more animal in the apartment but it has to be a cat because they do not allow two dogs and only allow up to two animals per unit.
