hi everyone! i’m nicky — 22, originally from miami and currently a compsci student at FIU. i work two jobs so i’m usually out and about, but when i’m home i really value a peaceful, clean, and cozy environment. i’m pretty active, love being outdoors, exploring the city, and hanging out with my dog atticus (he’s super sweet, calm, and doesn’t bark).

the apartment is a beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath located right in the heart of edgewater, just off biscayne. it’s a super safe, walkable area with parks, cafés, and everything you need close by. the unit itself is modern, bright, and really spacious — high ceilings, great natural light, and a clean, comfortable feel throughout.
the available room is private and fits a full/queen comfortably. it has its own private balcony, which is such a rare gem in this area. you’ll also have your own bathroom, not shared.
the unit includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, central AC, and plenty of storage.
the building has great amenities too — gym, pool, and secure parking options if needed. elevators, package room, and solid security.
rent is $1,560 base, about $1,600 with utilities (FPL + wifi). the common spaces are fully furnished; you’d just furnish your own room.
overall it’s a peaceful, clean, really beautiful apartment in one of the best locations in miami. if you want a comfortable space with good vibes and a great roommate dynamic, this place is perfect.
