Hi, I hope you all are staying safe despite the pandemic.

I am seeking for two female roommates to sign a 12-month lease with me (subleasing process is really convenient so it's totally fine if you would like to live here for shorter duration) at FULLY FURNISHED apartment at WeLive Crystal City at 2221 S Clark St, Arlington https://goo.gl/maps/KpEJmgfuUfpNCkDp7.

- The apartment -

It is 3 bed/2 bath. The 3d space can be viewed here under "3 Bedroom" category https://www.welive.com/washington-dc/. (It looks exactly like the actual place.)
The first bedroom with PRIVATE bathroom is $1181/month and will be available on 17 Sep. Security deposit is $1030.
The second bedroom with a bathroom shared with me is $1081/month and will be available early Sep (move-in date can be discussed). Security deposit is $570.
Move-in fee is $100.
There is also a garage beneath the apartment building for $175/month.
The rent INCLUDES all utilities - water, electricity, wifi and Verizon Fios cable TV.
The apartment offers countless free services and events like gym, yoga and boxing classes, occasionally free breakfasts and brunches , library, chef kitchen and media lounge.
The laundry room also comes FREE. You will literally have to bring just clothes and detergent there.

- The location -

Crystal City is not only very quite and safe (I wandered around at midnight with no trouble at all) but also super convenient. By walk, it's literally adjacent to Crystal City Shops, 2 mins to CVS and restaurants, 15 mins to Whole Foods market and 20 mins to Harris Teeter.
It's 7 min walk to Crystal City metro and just one metro stop away from Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and Costco. Also only three stops away from DC.
All in all, the apartment is amazing with lots of freebies and helpful, , fast, responsive services. The location is gold. I have nothing to complain 🙂

I'm a federal contractor in late 20s, very easy going and laid back but like to be on point with communication in the house. I'm clean but certainly not anywhere near OCD. I'm relatively new to DC so I would love to make friends, hang around at home but also do respect your line 🙂
