I am an older divorced woman who is seeking a roommate to aid me in paying for my condo which I love. I work full time. I am open minded, undramatic and generally pretty quiet. I keep the common areas of the condo neat and clean, and it is very important to me that my roommate do the same. I have elderly parents and a sister who lives nearby. We usually get together once a week and rotate houses where we meet, so my family will come to my place for dinner and a movie, etc about every 3 weeks. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo with a nice sized patio which overlooks a beautifully landscaped pool area. The property is also very nicely landscaped and is tucked away from the main streets with no through traffic. My condo is attractively decorated, and the shared areas include kitchen, dining room, and living room. Washer/Dryer in unit. Guest bedroom has a walk-in closet and is furnished with double bed, desk, dresser and nightstand. Dishes and cooking utensils are shared.
