Looking for a roommate for my place, available now.
I'm a working professional in market research, weekdays I'm out by 9 and home around 8:30pm. Weekends it's 50/50 whether I'm out doing something, or home on the computer, watching Netflix, listening to music (on headphones unless you dig the artist too), reading, trying to be artistic (photography, digital painting), etc. Very easy-going, fairly quiet, and very conscientious.
[Update: with the coronavirus situation I'm working from home - the apartment building has a roof deck so there's a little escape if you need some sun without venturing out!]
I've had a variety of roommate situations - I can go with the flow and respect a range of personality types, though my ideal would be having some common interests, being able to share a conversation or watch a TV show/movie in the living room every now and then, share the occasional meal, etc. I'm also good with just saying hi when our paths cross and doing our own thing if that's what you prefer. I value open communication, respect, no drama.
