Jeian S - $2,000/month

Hi! I'm Jeian ("Jay-Anne"). I'm moving from Toronto, Canada to start a new grad role in actuarial consulting at one of the Big 4 firms this September. I'm pretty open to most neighbourhoods as long as it's close to a subway station and located below Central Park and above FiDi.

So a little bit about me:

I'm pretty social and outgoing and I love shopping and fashion. I also like to try new restaurants, go to bars and have a fun night out. I'm pretty obsessed with coffee and coffee shops so if you want to hit up some aesthetic places around the city count me in! I also workout quite a bit so if you need a gym buddy I am always down :)

Cleanliness wise, I am pretty tidy as well and I pretty much just prefer to clean up after myself instead of having designated chores once a week. And while I do love a good night out, I do need some quiet space sometimes as I do require a lot of studying for actuarial exams.
