ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
Recently remodeled three bedroom (the third bedroom is used as an office/dining room) and one bath with hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Bathroom with tub, shower, and window that opens.
Bright, sunny, spacious living room and marble bar countertop with barstools opening into the kitchen. Full kitchen with appliances and marble counters. TV and internet hookups are available.
Gorgeous back patio overlooking twin peaks and a garden that is shared with friendly neighbors. Coin-operated washer and dryer in building. Quiet residential street with the EASIEST street parking, including non-2-hour parking.
YOUR ROOM:
8x13ft. with 10ft. ceiling and a 4x4ft. walk-in closet. Comfortably fits a queen bed. The southeast facing window gets all day light. Loft with immense storage space. Can come unfurnished or furnished with full-size bed and bed frame, side table, and 2-drawer dresser.
LOCATION:
On a quiet residential street, 8-minute walk to 18th and Castro, where you can find anything and everything including Castro Muni stop, tech shuttles to the peninsula, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, hardware store, etc. Easy access to 101 and 280.
ABOUT ME:
My name is Haley (she/her/hers pronouns) and I’m a 27 y/o finishing up grad school. I have two extraordinarily friendly cats, I work from home ~one day a week and will be traveling some weekends to visit my partner on the East Coast, she will occasionally visit for the weekend too. I enjoy having friends over for wine and look forward to meeting yours!
ABOUT YOU:
You are in your twenties or thirties, with a stable income. You’re also kind, friendly, excited to cohabitate with cats, and clean up after yourself. Open to all sexes, gender identities, sexual orientations, etc.
ADDITIONAL:
The lease is monthly, though looking for someone to stay for at least one year. You are expected to pay $1,834 by the first of every month, plus ~$70/mo. for utilities. This includes gas, electric, garbage disposal, wifi, and cable. Water is paid for by the building. A security deposit of $2,681 plus the first month’s rent will be required upon move-in.
Please no additional pets, not trying to recreate animal farm over here.
