Located near Washington St and Commonwealth Ave. Incredibly close to the green line and bus. B line is a 2 minute walk, C line is 5 minutes, and D line is about 10. Street parking is easy and free, but parking spots are available behind the building for about $125 per month.

The three of us are guys in our mid/early 20s, currently working in and around Boston. Hobbies include sports, boxing, skiing, video games etc.
