This spacious two-story house is located only a 10 minute walk away from the MBTA Red Line/Commuter Rail and a 5 minute walk away from Pearl Plaza (shopping, dining, etc.)! I am looking for a third roommate for March 1st (or two roommates for July 1st) who are friendly and will help keep the house clean. The house has new carpets and paint throughout it and a washer/dryer in it as well. We have parking on both the street and in our own driveway and a deck leading out to the back yard. The rent is $700 per month plus utilities (utilities divided four ways) and the lease is a year long. No pets are allowed and smoking is outside only. Let me know if you have any questions!
