My best friend Aria and I (both 17, turning 18 soon) are looking for a third roommate to rent an apartment or townhouse in North York, aiming to move mid to late August.

We’re both students who also work part-time — super clean, respectful, and fun to live with. I’m into skincare, design, psychology, and cute aesthetic spaces. Aria’s the calm one — she loves baking, decorating, and chill nights in. We’re super close and looking for someone around our age (18–20) who’s friendly, responsible, and ideally down to be friends too, not just roommates.
