Hi! I'm Sam. I moved to Atlanta, GA a little over a year ago with my girlfriend, Leah. I'm a software engineer and she is a Starbucks manager. We have two dogs - one lab and one medium-sized dog. We currently are seeking a roommate for a spare room we have upstairs in our 3 bed, 2 bath house that is 1700 sqft. Our place is fully furnished and the spare room already has a queen bed & bed frame along with a tv stand. Of course, it could be removed upon request. We also have a VIVNT home security system along with a Blink home security system. We are seeking a roommate that is preferably queer or chill with it, holds a steady income, and have no animals themselves as our dogs are not good with cats or other dogs. The price is for the room only and the utilities would include: gas, electric, wifi, & water. Otherwise, this requires no lease commitment - but do ask that if you were to leave you'd give us at least a two month notice to adjust. Feel free to reach out with any questions or ask for pictures!
