Hi! I am looking for a new roommate for my spacious home in Tucker, GA, four miles from the North Decatur restaurants & bars, 15-20 minutes to Buckhead, 20-25 min to downtown. It’s a 3 bed/ 3 bath home, available May 1st (could be flexible if timeline doesn’t quite match up), rent is $825 each, utilities not included. It’s a 12-month lease and no security deposit needed. The house is a great size, ranch style with a huge fenced-in backyard, and in a great neighborhood. Fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, also a new AC unit. The available room is also very large and has a full, private bathroom and door to the outside. Dogs are welcome!
