Hi! I'm Ariana. I'm 27 years old & I've lived in CA for 8 years now. I absolutely love it here. I've been in my current apartment for 3.5 years, and am now looking for a new roommate to move in.
In terms of my schedule, I wake up around 6:30am every day and am usually in bed by 10pm.
Every few weeks, I host dinner for friends at the apartment as I love to cook.
I'm personally passionate about wellness, nature, community and great food. I work from home occasionally but otherwise work from a local cowering space.

Bright bedroom for sublease in sunny Ocean Park apartment. This would be the second room in my apartment as my roommate is moving out.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with one room available.
The lease will be available starting on May 1, 2025 with flexible lease end dates. The room is $1535/ month and the apartment is rent controlled
