Cozy room in Malden

Hey all, we have a room available in our Malden apartment,and we are looking for a 3rd roommate.It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a living room and spacious kitchen. 2 people are living here currently, both guys, ages 24 and 29. We are both very easy going and friendly.
-Rent is $630 a month + utilities (hot water, internet, gas/electric). Lease starts June 1st ends August 31, 2021.
-As you can see, some furniture is left in there from our previous tenant. It’s yours if you want it, otherwise we can get it out of here before you move in.
-We have a shared washer/dryer in the basement. There’s also storage space in the attic that is only connected to our apartment.
-It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Malden Center Orange Line stop and a stone’s throw from Stop n’ Shop.
-There is plenty of street parking and we do have a small driveway that requires some coordination with the neighbors
-1st months rent + deposit due at signing.
