I'm a graduate student at USFCA pursuing an MFA in creative writing. I love reading and watching movies, as well as going out for some drinks with friends. I always try to keep common spaces clean and tidy. I'm also always happy to help out whenever a roommate needs a hand, and I'll generally share my supplies with everyone I'm living with.

This is a four bedroom, two bathroom unit. One of our roommates is moving out so we have an open room. Plenty of space and natural light. We have a pre-furnished living room and a full kitchen. Bathroom is shared with only one other roomie. Washing and drying available in building. Safe and quiet neighborhood with access to plenty of great restaurants, bars, and major bus lines like the 38/38R, 1, 31, etc.
I’m Hugo, a graduate student at USFCA pursuing a masters degree in creative writing. The other roommates are Liam, a researcher at UCSF, and David, who works for the city government. We’re all in our early/mid twenties. Very chill group, happy to give each other space when we need it, but equally glad to go out for a drink/meal/movie/whatever.
