I'm a quiet, respectful male professional in my early 30s working from home full-time in the healthcare space who is looking to live with one other roommate for a September 1st move-in date in the Brighton or Brookline areas, although I am open to Cambridge as well.
Overall, I value a calm, grounded living environment and open communication. I am looking to live with someone in their mid to late 20s, 30s, or 40s who’s mindful, emotionally aware, and respectful of boundaries — someone who is kind, values peace and intention in their home life, and understands the importance of mutual care in shared space. I do not smoke, drink, or vape regularly, so my preference is to live with someone who follows a similar lifestyle in this regard as well. Regarding pets, I would prefer to be in a pet-free unit.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching TV shows (especially older sitcoms) and movies that make you think, reading, attending yoga and tai chi classes, going out with friends to dinner, movies, and comedy shows, meeting new people through meetup groups, and taking walks and hikes. In general, I do enjoy having meaningful conversations with people, whether it’s about current events or other topics like spirituality, self-healing, and personal growth.
I think it would be great to live with someone with whom I could also hang out from time to time and just feel like we enjoy each other’s company / presence.
Thanks,
David
