I'm looking for a roommate to rent the 2nd room in my 2 bedroom ASTORIA apartment! It's 1.5 (short) blocks from the 30th ave N/W. Longer walk to the R/M.

Available ASAP or June 15th, whichever comes first. :) The apartment is a 4th floor walk up. RENT is $1175/month, with a prorated first month depending on move in date. Utilities are an add'l $60-90 per month.

THE ROOM:
- Fits a full-sized bed
- Has a closet
- Will come *unfurnished*, but has a window AC.

THE APARTMENT:
- Lots of space - a living and dining room!
- Recently renovated (incl. kitchen appliances)
- Bedrooms on opposite sides of the apt
- Regular exterminator
- Laundry across the street
- Lots of common-use kitchen tools/supplies

The area is amazing! Astoria Coffee is a few doors down, and Trade Fair, Key Food and Green Bay Market are within blocks. There are tons of bars and restaurants minutes away as well.

I'm a cis queer woman in her late 20s. I'm fully vaccinated and would like you to be too. Roommate must be LGBTQ+ friendly and a non-smoker. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
