I have a room for $650 that will be ready on 11/5. It's off of Walton Walker between Kiest and Ledbetter. Has washer/dryer. All bills paid up to $200 electric, which has never been that high, over which we split the difference. I have 1 dog, Myron, and two cats, Pink and Floyd. Right by bus line and close to shopping and eating. High speed wifi and private patio. Room is master bedroom with small walk in closet.
