I and my two other roommates are 3rd-year University students at Ryerson. We are looking for a fourth roommate for a full year (August, 2021 - August, 2022).
Three studious women, we are pretty chill (a little bit introverted so not into partying consisting of large crowds in our house). We do not have any pets (but are considering getting one - maybe).
We take our schooling really seriously so Ideally would like to live with someone who is also a student and understands the need for things like; quiet hours for exam seasons, not blasting music during classes (if still online), stuff like that.
We do drink socially, often cook shared meals together, shared living spaces (living room, bathroom, laundry, dining, kitchen), do activities as a group during less busy times in our lives. We all work either part-time or full-time, some from home.
We are all either first or second-dose vaccinated and respect the government restrictions. We would like to keep a COVID-19 free home.

Available Room for Rent
One Room For Rent In Cozy Home
My two roommates and I are looking for a roommate. Preferably female and a student. We have one room for rent, in-unit laundry. The price listed includes monthly rent, wifi, and utilities. There is a driveway just big enough for one car, coincidentally, none of us have a car so if you do, the driveway is yours.
The house is roughly only a 40 minutes commute to Downtown Toronto/Ryerson Campus/UofT Campus (if you are a Ryerson student), 50 minutes from OCAD/Centennial College.
We are all students so it is important that whoever we decide to share our space with is someone who values education and will not interfere with our studies. This basically means, do not be loud all the time, blasting music, consistently trashing shared spaces, having rambunctious guests over. We really would like to keep a calm and safe working and living environment.
