I have the small room, but need to find someone to take over my side of the lease for the next 6 months because I need to relocate for work. $1350 monthly, all utilities included except electricity, lease is over July 31st. The room can be left furnished.
The roommate is a straight male student that goes to FIT & is very chill! Building faces the south so it gets great sunlight + being on the 5th floor. Laundromat around the corner, lots of city bikes near by, great restaurants + bars, and blocks away from Tompkins. No brokers fee!!!
