Carrie C - $850/month

I'm looking for two roommates to look for a 3bd apartment in Jamaica Plain, Boston for April 1. My target budget is $850 plus utilities. I've been looking on Trulia for a couple months and have some ideas.

Amenities I'd like: No permit parking or off street parking. Nice chill street. Laundry in-unit or at least in building. A renovated kitchen (if possible!) and a bedroom big enough to fit a queen bed, plus a desk/dresser. Would prefer the location to be on the left side of JP (towards the pond) or the in the Stonybrook area.

About me: I'm 26, work full time in Back Bay as an admin assistant. I don't smoke, have no pets (although I love animals - just makes it harder to find places). I'm very easy to get along with, VERY clean, financially responsible, and respect other people's property. For hobbies I love to cook vegetarian food (with the occasional seafood), exercise/run, read, and watch movies. I like to keep to myself but would enjoy getting to know my roommates and hanging out occasionally!
