The apartment has amazing natural light, in a residential area of East LA with street parking easily available. It’s in a small apartment building with older neighbors that have lived here for years, with a super nice & responsive landlord. No laundry on site, but multiple laundromats are a short drive away (you can also choose to purchase a pick up/drop off laundry service). There is an both an AC & heating machine. Apartment has been recently renovated. Living & shared areas are furnished with the open bedroom unfurnished. There will be a couch in the living room by Oct 1st (excuse my moving pictures). 420 friendly.

Located on a hill with great views and outdoor balcony.

There is also a garage on site that’s great for storage purposes (not so much keeping a car inside due to small size).

I have an 11 year old small dog that gets along great with both humans & small dogs. Will consider a well behaved & trained small dog (sorry, no large dogs or cats).

Looking for a roomie 30+ with steady income. Hopefully on a hybrid or non WFH schedule. We don’t have to be besties but I’d appreciate someone to be able to hang at the various neighborhood spots from time to time.
