I'm new to NYC having visited only a handful of times as a teenager. I'm a shop foreman at an architectural fabrication shop. I enjoy working out strength training and yoga. I'm drama free, very even keel, quiet, clean and respectful. I will be out of the house around 6:00am every morning, home around 4:30-5:30, and the weekends will likely be spent upstate, tying up loose ends and taking care of family.
