Nikolaos - $1,200/month

My Nikolaos, but I go by Niko. I'm 23 and originally from Atlanta, GA. I'm a Greek Dance teacher in New York and Connecticut. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2022, so I'm all about anything related to food and wine. Apart from food and wine, my other hobbies are biking, running, film, vinyl, and watching soccer (Either MLS or Premier League). I try to balance everything while training for a triathlon in September.

I am a super clean and organized person, almost OCD. If we can have the understanding that we both work together to keep our space clean, then it's smooth sailing on my end. I'm also pretty quiet but am open to hosting get-togethers. I'm not a smoker, but I do drink and enjoy having a nice bottle collection. I think the only really bad habit is sometimes forgetting to take off my shoes when walking around my current apartment.
