Justin V - $350/month

I'm in desperate need of a new place to stay. I'm in North Hollywood but wouldn't mind to travel a little outside of there.
My current roommate is emotionally/mentally unstable and I'm not able to sleep here because of them mumbling/talking to their self all night.
I currently have two jobs but may have a third one as a caregiver as well. My only problem is I won't start working until 16th of this month and I'm currently waiting on my driver license to come in the mail so I can start working as a lyft driver again.
I'm good for the money and am willing to pay more depending on how much. Admittedly I don't have a lot to offer up front but I know for certain i'm 150% good for it and have plenty of people in my life who will back me up.
I don't mind to sign a contract or something like that to hold me accountable for paying. I'm a laid-back person who knows how to be quiet and I'm a clean-natured person who wouldn't mind doing some chores to help out with the living space.
