Will be moving from my current room on Feb. 13th as the homeowner here is selling his house and moving out of state. Employed and own my car.

Quiet person who has no criminal record, licensed security guard and accountant. I like cats and dogs, so no problem if you have any animals. Have my own furniture, or could use what you have in the room, etc.
