I have a room to rent (my room) in a 3/2 in North Phoenix/edge of Paradise Valley. Must like cats. The house is fully furnished minus the bedroom - which is large. There is a 3rd bedroom that is used as extra closet space as well as a 2-car garage - also used for storage, small backyard with firepit, fireplace, and washer/dryer. You'd be sharing it with a 42-yr old female (who looks 30) with the two cats. We were best friends and unfortunately, I am not meant to have a roommate at my age.
