I enjoy creating welcoming spaces, so try to keep the apartment common areas tidy. I am an artist, so can take over the dining room occassionally, but try to be mindful about it. Like to cook, garden, love houseplants, and books. Hang out in my room a lot. I have two cats, in a smaller apartment. So no more pets moving in please.
My roommate Marquise is the best person you could have in your corner. She's a lot, tidy, and easy to talk to.
We love hanging out on our stoop drinking whiskey when the weather permits. If it's cold, Eva will likely try to get you to go to a dive bar.
We're easy to live with, just looking for a third to join our party.

THE PLACE: Awesome neighborhood (River West/Noble Square) SUPER affordable rent, close to the Loop, already furnished...it's a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment that I love with all my heart. Courtney Lynn Coleman is an awesome roommate - she cooks, cleans, makes excellent whiskey sours, is up for adventures, movies...listens to all of your problems and then makes homemade cards to make you feel better...it's been a privilege living with her for 2 years....seriously...last week she made homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches. What else do you need in life?
A word from me: It is a bright warm little nook of a space. Subtle but comfortable. I love the neighborhood, being so close to down town or Wicker park, but on a quiet and in diverse neighborhood. Living next to Eckhart park has been a treat. I have two cats and one old chill sweet dog. They keep things entertaining. It's a sweet place.
