Easy going person. I'm 55 but don't look it. Looking to rent a room with bills included due to high cost of living. Looking for a room with private bath, unfurnished bedroom and willing to share common spaces. I like my space/privacy but I am sociable as well. Hoping you are too. Non Smoker, Light social drinker, and would like the same in a roommate. I work, go to church, and enjoy socializing with friends over dinner, movies and games. enjoy karaoke. I am family oriented, so on rare occasions they might stop by.

So early sleep for me would be 10PM-1030PM. I do awake early 6-7AM to go to wk. If there is nothing to do...10AM! I am a believer and follower of Christ, a sinner. I enjoy fellowship at church, but I am not hard core religious. Always try my hardest not to judge, because I don't want to be judged. Don't care what your faith practice is as long as your not into evil, satanic, cult, witchcraft or any other dark, evil thing.

Pets: Not a cat person, so no cats.....a (1) small dog is good, fish (as long as you clean tank)are ok....no reptiles.
