Room Available Oct 1 in Williamsburg — Female Roommate Wanted

Hi everyone! My roommate is moving out, and I’m looking for a female roommate preferably in her late 20s–early 30s to sign onto a 12-month lease (with option to renew) starting October 1. Rent is $2,187.50/month per person + utilities (average about $150/month per person).

The apartment is in an elevator building in prime Williamsburg, a 5 minute walk to McGolrick Park, with access to the L and G trains. It has a beautiful furnished rooftop, gym, lounge, and laundry room. You'd be sharing my 2BR apartment with me and my sweet, well-trained dog, so you'll need to be a dog lover!

About me:
* 28F, I work from home (though I travel sometimes)
* I love cooking, dance, yoga, reading, museums, comedy shows, thrifting, long walks with my dog, going out to eat, playing piano/singing, and exploring around the city!
* I'm on the introverted side, but I like a friendly roommate relationship — hangouts totally welcome, but I also value personal space

What I'm looking for in a roommate:
* Female, late 20s–early 30s
* Must love dogs (non-negotiable!)
* Ideally does not work from home full-time (since our bedrooms share a wall)
* Clean (but not obsessive), respectful, mature, calm, good communicator
* No smoking, no “party house” vibe
