Hello! I'm looking for 2 female roommates to take over for my current ones who are moving out when our lease is up next month. I really want to keep living here but need to find some people ASAP. I'm a California native, have my degree is psychology and philosophy, and currently work at a non profit organization! I do work partially from home, but I stay in my room for that so I won't disturb anyone else lol. I like artsy sorta things like music, painting, crocheting, etc :) I may also be adopting a dog so if you like animals perhaps this would be the place for you!!

2 available rooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway. Both are pretty big and have good sized closets with sliding doors and built in shelves. I have a lot of living room furniture but no dining table or chairs (my roommates are taking them lol) and the rooms are totally unfurnished. There's a half bath downstairs which is epic for when friends come over and there's also a tandem parking spot. I park on the street so that's open for both roommates' cars 😊 The kitchen is pretty big and updated and there's in unit washer and dryer which I LOVE so much lol. There's a small fenced in backyard too. I'm totally okay if you smoke, drink, etc, as long as the smoking is not indoors I don't care. The unit is also pet friendly (gotta tell the landlord tho before you bring in a pet lol).
