3 rooms available in a modern apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood right by Liberty State Park in Jersey City!

The location has various cafes and restaurants and is close by the light rail station. Commute to NYC is easy and takes roughly 25 minutes via the light rail and PATH.

The apartment is spacious with a kitchen, living and dining area. The bathroom would be shared among the people occupying the 3 rooms. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Wifi, water, and electricity/gas bills aren't included in the rent.

Each room has a window and would fit a full-sized bed as well as other furniture like a desk and dresser. They all have spacious closets.

I'm a 32 year old non-binary woman working as a fashion stylist in NYC. I sometimes work weekends as well. During my time off I like to go to parks, cinemas, restaurants, and live shows. I'm looking to share the apartment with roommates who prefer a clean and peaceful home environment where we respect our shared spaces and are friendly towards one another.

I've lived in this apartment for 14 months and am looking to resign for a 12 month lease that begins on July 1 with 3 other roommates. To be on the lease, there would be an application and background check conducted by the property manager. You would have to sign the lease before the end of May.
