Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a roommate for a 2b2b apartment in Wicker Park. The place comes with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and AC. Total rent is $2,856 but it will be a $1,500/$1,350 split. I will take the master bedroom. (Rent includes water and trash).

The unit is located near the corner of Milwaukee & Division. It's only a 2 minute walk from the Damen Blue line.

Would obviously prefer someone who’s hygienic, inclusive, respectful of personal space, and wants to make a new friend! 🏳️‍🌈
