Looking for a third roommate to start lease in July in a 3 bed, 3 bath condo. Ideally trying to live with like minded, queer non-men. Condo is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood in Sandy Springs with lots of nature trails. I have an older cat named Kevin who is very respectful of not getting on counters or being a chaos gremlin; we would prefer no dogs unless they are smaller and well-trained. Bonus points if you enjoy arts and crafts and want to be friends with your roommates. We're looking to build community and surround ourselves with spiritual humans if possible.
