A secondary bedroom is available w/ private bathroom in this large, 1,200 sq. ft. apartment in the heart of Buckhead, ATL. Room has 2 closets, a private balcony, central AC, dishwasher, Internet, etc. Garage parking available with limited parking for visitors/guests. The apartment complex also has a gym, pool, grill, study lounge and Business Center. As well as package receiving, via Luxor. Preferably would like someone without pets (I have a small friendly dog that unfortunately doesn't do well with other dogs.)
Utilities - Water, sewage, Wi-Fi internet, electricity and parking are all included in rent!

The apartment is located at 2900 Pharr Court South NW and is around the corner (10 min walk/2 minute drive) from the Marketplace Shopping Center with Starbucks, Publix, Chinese food restaurant, Papa Johns, McDonalds, Shake Shack, Walgreens and a lot more. Buckhead Village is also about 5 mins away with great luxury shops and restaurants.

The Roommate: I'm a pretty chill and quiet person for the most part. 30 yr old male, working from home a majority of the time, occasionally smokes weed or hanging out with my girlfriend, and probably home about 50% of the time.

You: Looking for a mutually respectful, easy going, roommate who is responsible about rent. Not a stickler, I just ask that you keep the common area clean, communicate well when needed, and aren't excessively loud.

When: Apartment will be available October 1st for a 12-month lease.
