The apartment is a 4th floor walkup in a new building located around all kinds of grocery stores/bodegas/nightlife/thrift stores/parks, you name it. I've loved the accessibility of everything.

The apartment itself has tons of natural light with 8ft windows in each room and living room. Very modern appliances, fully furnished living room, private terrace overlooking the NYC skyline and roof access. I also built a veggie/herb garden on the terrace if that's your style.

Each room measures 10' x 9' (enough for a full bed, desk/chair, armoire), has a remote controlled A/C & Heater unit, tall ceilings and all that natural light. We would all share one bath, so cleanliness is a must.
