Our 4 bedroom 1900 square foot home sits on a quarter-acre lot with a large yard. We have a large kitchen, laundry room, driveway parking , wrap around porch and a hot tub.
The bedroom for rent measures 12 x x15, has a closet, dresser, double bed and large windows facing north and west. You can see very pretty sunsets from the room. In addition to the bedroom, the tenant would have ample bathroom and kitchen cabinet space, fridge and freezer space, hallway bookshelf space and an on-site parking space.
Our street dead-ends into Bloomington Park. It is a very quiet and safe area. The Zed, The Eagle Eye, Oliver's Cafe, Plaid Pantry, Takahashi and Lents Park (home of the Portland Pickles baseball) are all within walking distance.
