Looking for a roommate to live in the second bedroom of a two-bedroom apartment. It's a very cute walkup on the second floor of the building. Decent sized living room with lots of exposed brick and good lighting. The room available is spacious with a good closet space. There is a big patio, although the door to it is through the bedroom I'm living in. There is laundry in the basement of the building, and there's no extra charge. All utilities are included except wifi, which we would split.
