Hi, I’m Mike. I’m a 26 year old financial analyst working for a liquor company in Manhattan, originally from central Massachusetts. I’ve lived in the city for two years and plan on being here for a while. Interests include: sports, traveling, riding my bike, watching movies and tv, exploring the boroughs, bar hopping with friends, etc. I enjoy my quiet time, but am also very social. On occasion I like to have friends stay on the couch when they are in town visiting me; I always communicate with my roommate ahead of time. I am completely okay with you having your own guests over, and ask for mutual timely communication as well. I work from home three days a week and keep a quiet focused atmosphere. I’m not super militant about cleaning, but I don’t appreciate messes being made and not cleaned up (i.e., piles of dirty dishes, food left on stove, trash/food in communal areas, etc). The ideal roommate is respectful of our space, a good communicator, is okay with occasional guests, pays rent and bills on time, and keeps the apartment clean. Message me and lets set up a call!
