A recently renovated home in Sandy Springs that is a 3 bed 2 bath, right off of Abernathy Rd. It is a shared bath, so two people who know each other would be ideal. Utilities are included in the rent price - 1 bedroom is a little smaller than the other, the smaller room is $1200(utilities included) and the other, slightly larger room is $1300(utilities included). There is a huge yard and it's in a great location. I just need two lovely ladies to join me!
