The property owner does not reside on-site, allowing for a more communal living experience among the roommates. All housemates are conscientious about maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring shared spaces are tidy and welcoming. Inside the house, smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a fresh and healthy atmosphere. Instead, all smoking must take place outdoors, either on the spacious back porch or in the designated carport area. Furthermore, some of our roommates work from home or are engaged in their studies, which promotes a peaceful, quiet living environment where noise levels are kept to a minimum out of respect for everyone’s focus and comfort.
