Very easy going person. I rarely have people over but am not opposed to it either. I clean up after myself, am happy to cook or bring home food, whichever suits the household better. I have a dog who lives with me and he very sweet natured and loves to cuddle, which for an 80-pound dog he finds ways to get into small spaces.
I live in a nice apartment complex, internet is over 200Mps download and 11Mps upload. You would have your own bathroom and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well.

My apartment complex is right at 287 and I-35E giving easy access to Dallas, Cedar Hill, Arlington, Mansfield, or Ft Worth.
Everyone in the complex has to pass a background check and the grounds are always well kept. I am not handicapped but the apartment is handicap accessible so the doorways are wider which makes moving in and out of much easier. There is high speed internet here, I just moved in a week ago and all furniture for the shared spaces will be delivered Nov. 1st. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
