Hello! My name is Hazel, but you can call me Haze. I'm an African American woman looking for a roommate to share a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1300 sq ft home with my two adorable dogs. The neighborhood is older, quiet, and well-maintained. I am a responsible, respectful, and tidy person with a good sense of humor, and I'm seeking a roommate who shares these qualities.

You must be a non-smoker and comfortable with my energetic dogs; once they get to know you, they'll become your best friends and eagerly follow you to the kitchen for treats.

Your bedroom will be approximately 12x13 feet, and you'll have your private bathroom, two closets, and a storage area within the bathroom. The room is carpeted and features a nook area perfect for a desk.

The all-inclusive rent covers utilities such as electricity, water, and fiber internet. You'll share the living room, dining area, and kitchen with me. If you need extra storage, the garage is available, and a washer and dryer are on the premises. The house has a private gate for access and a spacious backyard.

I'm seeking a long-term roommate ready to commit to a 12-month agreement; this is not a short-term or temporary arrangement. Please note that my landlord will check references before finalizing any agreement, and no upfront deposit is required—only your first month's rent.
