Sold off a business, and working PT for now. Preferring to rent month to month as my next FT career job may have me move closer to the position.

Was renting a whole house with a friend, and now going forward, just needing 1 room for myself. I'm respectful, love to cook, I might whip up pizza from scratch, or a massive batch of Chili. Maybe tacos...
Looking to continue focusing on work, my side hustle (websites for contractors), and on some nights i venture out to board game nights, or salsa nights.

I don't smoke or do drugs and drinking is minimal. Once upon a time I used to regularly.....
And it tends to lead to bad things!

I laugh. But it DOES. I'm responsible. (The boring stuff you need to know to get your rent like my Credit and finances are in good standing)
