The room will be ready January 2026 if you are looking to live in a nice house in a beautiful neighborhood on a private island, golf course, gated community overlooking two lakes with beautiful sunsets at night, If you don’t mind driving a little extra to get to the 429 then this might be for you i am looking for a roomate you will get full run of the house, kitchen, laundry, etc. I need approximately 950 a month you would have your own room and bathroom. the bathroom will be 95% private. The only time somebody would use it is if guests are in the house which is not very often This is for one person and the only you must have some kind of references a job in the car because to get to this place, you would need a car it’s between Mount Dora and Tavares area on Lake Dora and lake Eau Claire. I will be very picky at who I choose to room here as I do have my grandchildren come visit me and you got to be very careful who’s in your house, other than that I’m very easy-going. I work 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday and usually on the weekends. I’m out The island features lots of wildlife, if you kind of like that, peaceful tranquil, feeling at the end of the day.

SINGLE 64 YEAR OLD MALE, I HAVE 1 DOGTRAINED BUT WILL BE IN MY PRIVATE SPACE MOST OF THE TIME. My Last Roomate was here for 3 years, But is moving Back to Georgia. There are no others in the Home.
