Female roommate wanted for private room in UES (E 81st St) for $1,205/mo. Laundry in-unit and available June 1!

Looking for a female roommate to move into our awesome UES apartment on June 1! The lease is 12-months long for a 4-bedroom unit on the 3rd floor with a large kitchen and living room with a washer/dryer in-unit. The building has a double-locked entryway into the building and even has an elevator. It is on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of UES on 81st and is minutes away from both the 4,5,6 and Q train. We’re a short walk away from Whole Foods and Fairway and many other bars/shops.

About the bedroom: The available bedroom is the 3rd bedroom in the video and can fit a queen-size bed, a dresser, a desk and more! It has very high ceilings and hardwood floors.

About the roommates: We are 3 females who all work full-time and are in our lower 20s. We’re originally from the midwest and are looking for a new friend to join us on our lease as our previous roommate is leaving and we’d love to re-sign this steal of an apartment. We also live with a very friendly cat so please don’t respond to this posting if you’re allergic/hate cats.

Prices: Rent would only be $1,205 a month and there is a one-time security deposit of $1,123. Electricity/Wifi is an additional amount that is paid each month and is typically less than $30.
