Seeking A Female Roommate For Furnished West End Condo

-Fourth story condo located near Vanderbilt on 30th Ave N, a block away from Centennial Park.

-The tenant would occupy a wing with a bedroom, two closets, and their own full bathroom. The tenant can paint and furnish their bedroom if they wish, but I do have a queen sized bed and some furniture in there if needed.

-The shared space has an open floor plan with a large kitchen that transitions into a spacious living/dining area. The layout includes a fireplace and a large, floor-to-ceiling bay window facing the park/downtown skyline. There is also an outdoor patio.

-Amenities include a parking spot, all regular kitchen appliances, a washer, and a dryer (both are located in the actual condo).

-Must love (or lovingly tolerate) cats. I have two cats. Sadly, I can't accept applicants with additional pets. My cats are getting older, and I don't want to completely shell shock them. That said, the entire bedroom wing (including the full bathroom and closet area) has a door that can close your space off if you don't want any fluffs meandering into your territory.

-I'm fully furnishing the shared spaces (kitchen bar, dining table, living area, and patio). I will not be keeping a television in the shared area, but there is a cable hookup in the bedroom if you wish to set up a TV in your own space.

-The lease agreement is $1,625 for 12 months and $1,750 for 6 months, with option of renewal. Tenant will be responsible for covering their half of the utility bills (gas + electric).

No smoking/vaping
