Room is available with or without furniture. Room has attached walk in closet. Near shopping, restaurants and both I10 and 303 freeway in Goodyear. You would have your own refrigerator and cabinet space in kitchen. Bathroom would be yours only currently. In future may be renting out another room in the house then the bathroom would become a shared bathroom. There is an empty loft upstairs that you could use if you have furniture or stuff needing stored. We have a fire pit and bbq grill in the backyard that you are welcome to use. Driveway parking available.
