I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house in the Murfreesboro area. I am currently living alone but looking to rent out a room and a private bathroom. You will have full access to the laundry, kitchen and living room. I am a Christian male and a musician, looking for a responsible adult to share place with. I am clean and easy going and looking for someone who is the same. I don't allow pets and this is a no smoking house. I require first and last month's rent and a 200.00 deposit to move in. I also need 3 references (1 Job, 1 Previous landlord, and a friend or relative). Must have transportation cause i don't live close enough to where the bus runs. I know that's a lot of stuff but i was burned by one of my previous tenants so i have to be more cautious this time around lol!
